Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Johnston VanCo LLC (doing business as The Jetliner), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site or booking our luxury transportation services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.
Service Reservations & Payment
When booking transportation services with The Jetliner, please be aware of the following policies:
- All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
- Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on final itinerary.
- Payment info is securely processed via Stripe; we do not store full card details.
- Overtime, additional stops, or extended wait times may incur extra charges.
- Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage to the vehicle.
SMS Communications
As part of our transportation logistical fulfillment, users who submit a booking inquiry or secure a reservation consent to receiving automated administrative SMS communications. These messages are exclusively used for providing price quotes, trip status updates, chauffeur arrival alerts, and payment links.
Data Privacy: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, unless explicitly authorized by the user or required by law.
Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP". For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact our dispatch team directly.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Johnston VanCo LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; and unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
