We collect the information you provide when you request a quote, make a reservation, or communicate with us: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, and trip preferences. We use this information solely to arrange and deliver your chauffeured service, to communicate with you about your trips, and to improve the service we provide.

SMS & Communication Consent

We collect your mobile phone number when you request a quote or reservation through our booking form, next to the posted consent notice, or through your secure client portal. By submitting a reservation request or opting in from your dashboard, you explicitly consent to receive automated transactional text messages (SMS) from The Jetliner, a program known as The Jetliner Booking Notifications, regarding your account, trip statuses, chauffeur dispatch details, and billing receipts.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send, or reply “HELP” for assistance.

Data Security

Your payment information is never stored on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect the personal information in our care.
