The Jetliner Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Johnston VanCo LLC (doing business as The Jetliner) governing your access to and use of our chauffeured transportation service. By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using our service, you agree to these terms.

Service Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed once we have accepted your request and any required deposit has been received. Rates, gratuity, and applicable fees are disclosed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; your card information is never stored on our servers.

SMS & Text Messaging

By opting in from our quote form or client dashboard, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages (SMS) from The Jetliner regarding your reservations, ride status updates, chauffeur details, and booking confirmations. This program is known as The Jetliner Notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send. After you send “STOP” to us, we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Data Privacy
