Local Intel

Send us the day. Not "we need a car around 7." The real shape of it. Where you start, who's riding, what you can't be late for. The more we know going in, the tighter the plan, and in this town the plan is the whole game. Austin traffic isn't background noise here. It decides whether you walk in loose or sweating the clock.

What we already know about your route

Some of this shapes the quote before you ask. Take I-35 through the middle of town, Riverside up past Parmer. Stop-and-go on a calm day, a full parking lot the minute there's a fender-bender. Inbound gums up roughly 6:30 to 9:30 in the mornings. The evening side is meaner: 3:30 to 7:30, genuinely awful from 4:30 to 7. Peak by itself tacks on a quarter to nearly half your drive time. An event can triple it. So we go around. TX-130 east of the city keeps moving when I-35 quits, and the 183A toll up toward Cedar Park and Leander buys back a real ten to fifteen minutes over the free frontage. Tolls are ours. They never land on your bill.

Why the itinerary beats the address

Same pickup spot, two different jobs. A 9 a.m. lift from a hotel lobby and a 5:15 out of that exact lobby are not the same drive. Give us the timing and the stops. We'll tell you when the car rolls, which way it runs, and where it tucks in while you're inside.

The Chauffeured Experience

Almost all of it is hourly, as-directed. Your car and chauffeur for the night, the event, the whole day. On call, moving when you move. The vehicle doesn't drop you and vanish. It waits, it stages close, it's at the curb when you come back out. That's the job.

You text the itinerary. We send a quote. Once you're booked, the chauffeur builds the clock backward from your first hard deadline. Reservation, kickoff, curtain, flight, take your pick. We pull out with a cushion, take whatever route is actually flowing that hour, and sort out the staging on the far end.

Staging is where the real work lives, honestly. Half the venues in this city won't let a car park out front. Rainey Street shuts to vehicles Thursday night through Sunday morning, so we use the drop zones set up just outside the closure. Sixth Street goes the same way on weekend nights. Moody Center's official drop is Lot 37 off Red River, a block north, and the regulars all know that zone jams up quick, so we line up an early pickup point instead of crawling through the mess. Q2 Stadium funnels private drops to Delta Drive off Metric, then splits pickups north and south once the final whistle blows. We've done these enough to know exactly where to sit.

For the big ones, F1 weekend out at COTA, a sold-out arena show, we might suggest grabbing parking access ahead of time so the car can stage near the gate. It's a premium thing, arranged case by case, never something we promise. But at a spot like COTA, where people sit two-plus hours just to claw out of the lots, it can save the whole night.

The Flagship Jetliner Sprinter seats up to ten with Starlink Wi-Fi, climate control, real privacy, and premium audio. The 2025 Cadillac Escalade takes up to six in the same comfort. Water and ice on board, no charge, and BYOB is welcome for guests 21 and up.

Two vehicles, one calendar. Event weekends go first.

Why The Jetliner

01

Text it, get a quote fast

Send your stops, timing, and headcount in a text. We turn around a real quote in minutes. No phone tag. No forms to fill out. Just your day laid out and a price that fits it.

02

Hourly and as-directed

The car and chauffeur stay put with you the whole outing. You set the pace. Change plans mid-night if you want. The vehicle's always staged and ready the second you walk out.

03

Routing built around the day's traffic

We plan against Austin's actual congestion windows and run TX-130, 183A, and the rest of the toll routes to keep you rolling. Tolls are on us. They never show up as a line item.

04

Venue staging handled for you

Rainey and Sixth Street closures, Moody Center's Lot 37, Q2's Delta Drive. We know the legal drop zones and we stage close, so you're never out there hunting for your car.

05

Two vehicles, one of each

Take the Flagship Jetliner Sprinter for up to ten with Starlink Wi-Fi, or the 2025 Cadillac Escalade for up to six. Climate control and premium audio in both. We'll point you to the right one.

06

Event parking access, arranged

F1 at COTA, a sold-out arena night. We can coordinate buying staging access ahead so the car sits close to the gate. A premium option, handled case by case, never a guarantee.

Questions, answered

How do I actually send my itinerary?

Text 737-200-5252 with the basics. Date, where we grab you, your stops, rough timing, headcount. Got a hard deadline like a flight or a reservation? Lead with that. We'll come back with a quote and any timing notes you should know about.

How fast do I get a quote back?

Usually minutes, during normal hours. Text us at 1 a.m., or hand us a day with a dozen moving parts, and we'll need a little longer to build it right. A clear itinerary always comes back faster than a fuzzy one.

Is this a one-way ride or does the car stay with me?

It stays. Nearly everything we run is hourly and as-directed, which means the chauffeur and vehicle are yours for the whole outing. The car waits and stages while you're inside, then carries you to the next stop on your clock, not ours.

Is there a minimum booking?

There is. As-directed runs on an hourly minimum. Send your itinerary and we'll confirm the minimum for your specific day, so nothing catches you off guard. Give us the full plan and we'll quote the whole thing at once.

Can I add stops or change the plan after I've booked?

That's the whole point of as-directed. Decide on the night you want a late bite, or to swing by somewhere else entirely. Just tell your chauffeur. We re-time the rest of the evening around it right then.

Which vehicle will I get?

Comes down to your group. The Flagship Jetliner Sprinter seats up to ten and has Starlink Wi-Fi. The 2025 Cadillac Escalade takes up to six. Both run climate control, premium audio, and complimentary water and ice. We'll recommend the fit when we quote you.

Still weighing it? Text your dates to (737) 200-5252 and we will answer honestly.
