Local Intel

Nobody warns you about this until you're already in it. The building itself is beautiful. The streets wrapped around it are a knot. 2001 Robert Dedman Dr sits dead center in UT's East Campus, Red River St construction grinding on one flank and the I-35 corridor on the other. Event nights, both pinch at the same time.

Driving yourself? It really comes down to one garage. Manor Garage (MAG), 2017 Robert Dedman, hangs off the west side of Mike Myers Stadium and puts you two to three minutes from the doors. Pre-pay only on event days. Roughly $40 to $65. And it goes. People who do this a lot grab it the same minute they buy tickets. Lose that window and you're walking in from Trinity Garage (TRG) at 1815 Trinity St, a seven to eight minute hike reached off E. 15th St. Garages usually unlock around 6 pm, a couple hours ahead of doors, though not every garage opens for every event.

The drive-in trips people up more than anything. Southbound I-35: Exit 236A onto the frontage road, right on E. Dean Keeton, left on Red River, right on Clyde Littlefield. You can't cut straight from the frontage road onto Clyde Littlefield. The signs won't allow it. And that old 235A exit to MLK is closed for good now with the bridge reconstruction, so anyone driving on memory loops back around.

Drop-off and the post-show crunch

General drop-off and rideshare staging lives on the northeast side, up by Clyde Littlefield / Manor Rd and Red River at the LBJ Library lot. Fine on the way in. The exit is the part that breaks people. KXAN documented the frontage road locking up solid after a show, riders stuck waiting at the curb, and it turns ugly the night a concert collides with a Longhorns game. ADA drop-off is its own thing, over on the northwest side on Robert Dedman, reached via Deloss Dodds Wy.

The Chauffeured Experience

We don't drop you and disappear. You book us by the hour, and the car plus your chauffeur stick with you the entire night, on call, moving when you move. At a venue like this, that's the whole game.

Here's how a Moody night actually runs with us. We land you at the doors before the lobby jams up. Then the chauffeur slips off and stages close by, so you're never watching a pin refresh inside a wall of red taillights. Encore wraps, you walk out, you text, the car's already nearly on you. Nobody's parked on the Red River curb staring at an idle frontage road. We've run enough of these to tell you the first twenty minutes after a show is the ugliest part, so we set the pickup point and let that opening rush drain off while you're already settled and rolling.

Routing is the real edge here. We know the campus turns by feel: the Dean Keeton-to-Red River line into Manor, the 15th St approach into Trinity, the spots construction has shut down (those move around event to event, and we read the per-event notice before every single run). If the I-35 stack isn't worth fighting, we'll take the toll roads, SH 130 and 183A, around the mess and keep you moving. Tolls are on us. None of it lands on you.

Big show or a sold-out game? We can arrange to buy venue parking access so the vehicle stages close and holds that spot straight through the event. We set that up case by case. Up to ten of you ride in the Flagship Jetliner Sprinter: Starlink Wi-Fi, climate, privacy glass, actual room to spread out. Up to six, it's the 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Both stocked with complimentary water and ice, and BYOB is welcome for guests 21 and up.

Two vehicles, one calendar. Event weekends go first.

Why The Jetliner

01

Your car stays the whole night

You book by the hour, and the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you doors to encore, moving when you do. No second booking. No watching a rideshare pin update in the post-show crush.

02

Staged close, ready at walk-out

We park the car near the venue and time the pickup so it's right there as you step out, not idling somewhere in the Red River and frontage-road backup that builds the second a show lets out.

03

We know the campus routes

Dean Keeton to Red River to Clyde Littlefield. The 15th St line into Trinity. The dead MLK exit. The construction reroutes that shift event to event. We read the per-event notice and drive it cold every time.

04

Toll roads covered

When I-35 is stacked up, we run SH 130 or 183A around the worst of it to keep you moving. The tolls are on us, every one.

05

Parking access we can arrange

For a major concert or a sold-out game, we'll coordinate buying venue parking so the vehicle stages close and holds nearby through the event. A premium add-on, set up case by case.

06

The right vehicle for the night

Ten of you fit the Flagship Jetliner Sprinter with Starlink Wi-Fi, climate, and privacy glass. Six fit the 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Complimentary water and ice in both. BYOB welcome for guests 21 and over.

Questions, answered

How does booking work for a Moody Center event?

You reserve us by the hour with an hourly minimum, and we stay with you as-directed all night. The chauffeur sets you down at the doors, stages close, and is back at the curb when you walk out. You're not paying for a one-way and then scrambling for a ride home.

Where will you pick me up after the show?

We lock the exact spot with you ahead of time, usually near the northeast staging area around Clyde Littlefield and Red River, and we adjust to whatever the per-event notice says, because construction keeps shifting the zones. Text us as you're walking out and the car's already close.

Can you get me parking right at the venue?

For major concerts and sold-out games, yes, we can arrange to buy venue parking access so the vehicle stages close and holds through the event. It's a premium option we set up case by case, not a promise. We work out the details when you book.

How early should the car arrive before doors?

Earlier than you'd think you need. The streets around Robert Dedman and the I-35 corridor seize up fast on event nights, garages open around 6 pm, and the closest one sells out first. We build in cushion so you're inside before the lobby fills instead of circling campus.

What if there's a Longhorns game the same night as my concert?

That overlap is the worst case, and it's exactly why we plan timing and routing in advance. We'll often pull you out on the toll roads to dodge the I-35 stack and pick a staging point well off the heaviest curb traffic. We check the schedule before your date.

Which vehicle should I book?

Up to ten people, take the Flagship Jetliner Sprinter: Starlink Wi-Fi, climate control, privacy glass, premium audio. Up to six, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Both carry complimentary water and ice, and BYOB is welcome for guests 21 and over. Call 737-200-5252 and we'll match the car to your night.
