Local Intel

Austin does not have one concert district. It has a dozen rooms scattered across the map, and the smart move depends entirely on which one your ticket is for. A show at the arena on the UT campus is a different night than a downtown theater, which is a different night again from a lawn seat 18 miles southeast at the racetrack. This page is the directory. Pick your venue below, and the linked page carries the deep stuff: the exact garage, the drop-off corner, the road that is torn up this year. Here we keep it to the lay of the land so you book the right plan for the right room.

Austin Concert Venue Directory

These are the rooms we run most, grouped by where they sit and how big they get. Each one links to its own page with the street-level approach and parking detail worked out.

Moody Center, UT campus arena

The 15,000-seat arena at 2001 Robert Dedman Dr, the biggest indoor room in town and the hardest knot of streets to thread on a show night between the I-35 corridor and the Red River construction. National tours and Longhorns basketball both land here. Full approach, garage, and post-show staging detail on the Moody Center car service page, with round-trip group plans covered under Moody Center group transportation.

ACL Live at The Moody Theater, 2nd Street District downtown

An intimate 2,750-seat room at 310 W Willie Nelson Blvd, built into Block 21 next to the W Austin. The venue owns no garage and sells no parking pass, valet fills fast, and the nearest public decks sit a tenth of a mile out. Seated, acoustically serious, the opposite vibe from a stadium show. Logistics on the ACL Live chauffeur page.

Germania Insurance Amphitheater, Circuit of The Americas

The outdoor amphitheater inside the COTA complex at 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd in Del Valle, roughly 18 miles southeast of downtown. Summer is its season, and the single-road egress is the whole challenge. We cover the toll routing and staging on the Germania Amphitheater transportation page.

COTA concert nights, Del Valle

Beyond the amphitheater, the racetrack itself hosts headline acts on its big festival weekends, often stacked against a race. Getting in is easy. Getting out is the part that wrecks the night without a plan. See the COTA chauffeur service page for the egress strategy.

Antone's and the downtown club circuit

Antone's at 305 E 5th St, the legendary blues room, anchors a tight cluster of downtown clubs a block off the 6th Street strip. Standing-room nights, late sets, and the kind of evening that wants a car waiting rather than a walk to a far garage. Start at the Antone's car service page, or browse the broader downtown Austin and Austin nightlife coverage for multi-stop plans.

The rest of the rooms

Stubb's on Red River wants drop-offs at the 9th and Red River corner, not the gate. Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park sends rideshare to the north curb of 12th. The Paramount and Emo's round out the downtown set. We run all of them. They share the same downtown approach problem, so a single chauffeured plan covers a night that hops between two or three of them.

The Austin Concert Calendar, Season by Season

The right plan shifts with the calendar, because the city's traffic does. Here is how a year of shows actually breaks down.

Spring, March means SXSW

Mid-March turns downtown inside out. Red River, 6th, and Congress see hard closures, official showcases pack every club, and the streets you would normally use to reach Antone's or Stubb's are barricaded. This is the week a chauffeur who already knows the closure map earns the booking. Showcase-hopping is the norm, so hourly as-directed is the default plan.

Summer, the amphitheater season

Once it warms up, the action moves outdoors and southeast. Germania at COTA runs its heaviest schedule of touring acts from late spring through early fall. These are the nights the one-road exit backs up worst, and the nights staging off the choke point matters most.

Early October, ACL Festival, two weekends

Austin City Limits Music Festival takes over Zilker Park across two weekends, typically the first two of October. This is festival logistics, not a single show, and it deserves its own plan. A reserved chauffeured arrival and a confirmed post-set pickup beat standing in a festival shuttle line at midnight. Full detail on the ACL Festival transportation page.

Fall and the F1 collision

Late October brings the Formula 1 weekend at COTA, and the headline concerts stacked alongside it. When a race crowd and a concert crowd share one road out of Del Valle, the night belongs to whoever planned the exit. Concert tickets bundled with a race weekend are common, so coordinate both legs together.

Year-round, the arena and downtown rooms

Moody Center, ACL Live, Antone's, and the downtown theaters book straight through the calendar. The one wildcard worth flagging is a Longhorns home game landing the same night as your concert, which doubles the campus crush around Moody. Tell us the date and we read the campus schedule before we set the plan.

The Chauffeured Experience

We run concert nights the same way no matter which room you picked, and that consistency is the point. You book the car and chauffeur for the whole evening, hourly and as-directed, with an hourly minimum on the booking. The vehicle does not leave. It is yours from the first pickup through the encore and on to wherever the night heads after. So you are never thumbing at a rideshare app at 11 p.m. while a sold-out crowd empties out around you. We are already parked where we said we would be.

What changes venue to venue is the approach, and that is the work we have already done. Each room has its own trap. Moody Center is the campus knot off I-35. ACL Live is a downtown theater with no garage of its own. Germania is the long haul southeast with one road out. Antone's and the club circuit want a car waiting close, not a hike to a far deck. The per-venue pages spell out the exact garages and drop corners. Your chauffeur runs them from memory. You just tell us the venue and the show time.

The real edge shows up on the awkward nights. A multi-venue evening where you want dinner, then a show, then a nightcap, the car carries the whole group between stops on your clock. A festival weekend when downtown is barricaded for SXSW, or one road out of COTA is choked by an F1 crowd, we read the closures for your date and route the toll roads, TX-130 and 183A, around the worst of it. Tolls are handled, never a line item you sort out later. And on the big amphitheater and arena nights we can sometimes coordinate buying venue parking access so the car stages close in. That one is a premium option, set up case by case, and we will tell you straight whether it is worth it for your show.

Eight or ten of you going together? The Flagship Jetliner Sprinter seats up to 10 and carries Starlink Wi-Fi, climate control, privacy glass, and premium audio, so the ride between stops is part of the night rather than dead time. A smaller crew takes the 2025 Cadillac Escalade, up to 6. Both stay stocked with complimentary water and ice, and BYOB is welcome for guests 21 and over. Call 737-200-5252 and tell us the room.

Why The Jetliner

01

One chauffeur, any room

Moody Center, ACL Live, Germania at COTA, Antone's, Stubb's, the downtown theaters. You book one car and chauffeur for the night and we adapt the plan to whichever venue your ticket names. No separate service per room.

02

Built for multi-venue nights

Dinner, then a show, then a nightcap, or three SXSW showcases in one evening. Hourly and as-directed means the car moves on your clock between stops and the group never scatters across rideshare apps.

03

Venue-specific approaches, already solved

The lower I-35 deck into Moody, the public decks a tenth of a mile from ACL Live, the 9th and Red River drop for Stubb's. Each venue page carries the street-level detail, and your chauffeur runs it from memory.

04

Festival and race-weekend planning

SXSW closures in March, ACL Festival across two October weekends, the F1 concert stack at COTA. We plan the seasonal nights that break a normal rideshare, not just the easy ones.

05

The egress crush is the plan

COTA's one-road exit and the post-show amphitheater gridlock are predictable, so we stage off the choke points. You roll out while everyone else idles in the parking-lot line.

06

Room for the whole crew

The Flagship Jetliner Sprinter seats up to 10 with Starlink Wi-Fi and premium audio. The 2025 Cadillac Escalade fits up to 6. Water and ice in both, BYOB welcome for the 21-and-up crowd.

Questions, answered

Which venue page should I look at for my show?

Pick the room from the directory above. Moody Center for the UT campus arena, ACL Live for the downtown theater at Block 21, Germania for the COTA amphitheater, Antone's for the downtown club circuit. Each page carries the exact garage, drop-off corner, and approach for that venue. This page is the hub that ties them together for a single booking.

Can one booking cover more than one venue in a night?

Yes, and that is the point of booking hourly and as-directed. Dinner downtown, a set at Antone's, a nightcap on Rainey, all on one car with one chauffeur. The vehicle stays with you between stops so nobody is hailing rides as the group scatters. Give us the rough itinerary and we time the approaches.

Do you handle the ACL Festival, or just the year-round venues?

Both. Austin City Limits Music Festival at Zilker Park runs two weekends in early October and gets its own plan, a reserved chauffeured arrival and a confirmed post-set pickup instead of a shuttle line. See our ACL Festival transportation page for the weekend detail. The arena and downtown rooms book straight through the rest of the year.

Is this a better option than the ACL festival shuttle?

For most groups, yes. A shuttle runs a fixed route on a fixed schedule and drops you with the crowd. We pick you up at your door, stage close to the exit you will actually use, and wait for your group when the set ends, with one chauffeur who knows the Zilker approach. It is a private plan, not a shared bus. The ACL page lays out how the weekend works.

How does booking work across all these venues?

It is the same model everywhere. You reserve the car and chauffeur by the hour, as-directed, with an hourly minimum, since the vehicle is dedicated to you for the outing. Tell us the venue and the show time and we map the hours and the route. Call 737-200-5252 or request a quote online.

What about a festival or race weekend when a concert lands the same night?

That is exactly when a plan pays off. SXSW closes Red River, 6th, and Congress in March. The October F1 weekend stacks a concert crowd against a race crowd on one road out of COTA. We read the schedule for your date, route around the closures on the toll roads where it helps, and stage off the choke points so the exit does not eat your night.

Which vehicle should a concert group book?

The Flagship Jetliner Sprinter seats up to 10 and carries Starlink Wi-Fi, climate control, privacy glass, and premium audio, which keeps a crew together for the whole night. For a party of up to 6, take the 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Both stock complimentary water and ice, and BYOB is welcome for guests 21 and over.

What vehicle options are available for transporting my group to a concert or live music event, and what is their capacity?

Our fleet includes a Mercedes Sprinter, accommodating up to 10 passengers and 8 bags, and a 2025 Cadillac Escalade, which can seat up to 6 passengers.

How does your service ensure convenient pick-up and drop-off at popular venues like the Germania Insurance Amphitheater or Moody Theater, especially after the show?

We specialize in hourly charters, meaning your vehicle and driver remain securely on-site or nearby for immediate access throughout your event, ensuring seamless pick-up and drop-off.

Are refreshments and entertainment options provided during our concert transport, and can we bring our own?

We provide complimentary water and ice, and BYOB is welcome when everyone aboard is 21 or over. The Sprinter carries Starlink Wi-Fi, dual LCD screens with Apple TV, a privacy partition, and premium audio, so the ride between venues is part of the night. The Escalade keeps up to six in climate-controlled comfort. Smoking is not permitted in either vehicle.
